Can you hang clip on earrings?

I would say no. There’s holes for pierced earrings and places for lay over earrings but I don’t think clips would stay.

Can you put belly button rings on this?

If your belly button ring has a ball you can screw off, it can go through one of the many holes this product provides! Or, if it's a hoop/ring that you don't want to unscrew, you could just set it on one of the curves in the product

Does earrings get oxidized or damaged when kept in open like this?

The only way my earrings have gotten damaged, was if the product itself was bumped or had fallen.
