I am about 3/4 through my first batch. I was training daily for an upcoming fight, and this product helped a ton by reducing muscle fatigue and soreness. In the month that I have been training and using Reload, I have had multiple comments about "you are getting bigger".The flavor is also really good compared to other products.

Ive been training for 30 plus years. In my 20s at the dawn of creatine I reacted well to it. Never any side effects…great pumps and added strength. As Ive gotten older Ive tried to recreate that magic. Ive tried every high end brand known to man along with my old favorites. Muscle feast, optimum, transparent labs, searching for creapure labels…I could keep going. The pumps and strength disappeared and the bloating and stomach discomfort replaced it.Nutribio was the last product I was going to try..in fact I thought about refusing delivery and just saving myself the money and the trouble. Im glad I didnt. From the first day I took it after a leg workout Ive experienced 0 side effects or feeling of dehydration. The pumps are back along with the strength. I’ve already ordered another two containers. It’s hard to know what reviews are legit and which are complete B.S. on amazon these days but I can assure you….im a real person and this is a true account.If you’ve had issues with creatine in the past give this pharmapure creatine Nutribio uses in its products a try. Im glad I did.

Works great for me. I only need half or even quarter scoop to feel the full benefit. The quality of what I put into my body is paramount that's why I use this and other Nutrabio products.Recommend it highly.

This stuff will keep you going and soothe sore muscles before you know it. The grape flavor is where it's at, stay far away from the strawberry lemonade. For some reason that smells like a dead animal.

A great post workout supplement for recovering from your hard working sessions! The flavor is different (in a good way) from the normal fruit punch, grape, blah, blah, blah. I hope that NutroBio comes out with a naturally flavored Pre and Post workout supplement (I know that NutraBio has an unflavored variety - but that's not the same and I would imagine would be EXTREMELY bitter tasting).If you're looking for a QUALITY post workout supplement - GET THIS ASAP!! I spend a crap ton of money on supplements so I can tell you that this is a quality product and worth the pennies :-D

Used NutraBio products in the past, all were quality formulations. This one is no different. Great taste, mixes easily.

Great tasting recovery powder by Nutrabio. Solid ingredients with full label transparency. I feel less sore while consuming this post workout with my dextrin. This definitely should be in your supplement arsenal.

Horrible product, Used twice. First time I had the worst diarrhea of my life. Missed a day and stomach felt somewhat better. Used the next day, and diarrhea came back and I missed two days of work. Not sure what is in the product, but I have had better results with other brands without then runs all day.
