I'm 5' 11' and 225. The one I got are large and fit good. These seem to run big as I usually wear an XL.. I thought I ordered XL but didn't and am glad it worked out like it did.

I would buy a large. I am about the same size and got a medium. Its a little snug. I will buy large next time
