This was a super Little thing. It came vacuo packed so it didn't look much when it arrived but watching it bluff up and come to life was lovely. Very soft and cuddly.

My cousin loved this item for their daughter. It does come vacuum packed but once you removed, it puffs itself after.

At first when these arrived, as flat as pancakes in vacuum sealed package I decided to return them because, once out of the bag they looked like a crumpled rag. However I decided to gently iron them on synthetic setting and I was truly amazed at how lovely they actually are.I've noticed a couple of reviews whereby customers have returned them and understand why they would have done so. But, if this helps do try the same technique, a gentle iron. I was even able to iron the elephants ears and the collar around each ones neck. This shouldn't be something we have to do though, I'm not impressed with vaccuum packing for such a delicate little item which, had I not taken a chance and tried the iron, I would certainly have returned.
