Using it now in my notebook. Was a good product and durable battery.SUGGESTION: Include some video links to help people to replace the products and how to dispose the used one should be great.

I bought this genuine Dell battery in May and at first everything was great. It was giving 3+ hours operation on battery on my Inspiron 3580. 3 weeks ago while on battery power the computer beeped and shut down. I rebooted it and plugged in the charger, and everything came back up. That has been the story until 2 days ago when I started having programs stall and crash for apparently no reason. Yesterday I made sure the battery showed fully charged and pulled the charger plug out of it. In 15 minutes on battery the power level dropped to 17%. I'm not happy with this at all. Of course, it is beyond the return window.

My Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 with 15" screen (IDK model number details) is 6 years old with the original battery. It would go from 100% to 0 in less than 5 minutes. Barely enough time to move from one room to another before finding another plug. I wanted to buy a genuine Dell product just because I have not had great luck with generic batteries (cell phone) in the past. Dell website did not sell this battery. I'm not even sure it is a Dell product but it was the only one with Dell name on it. So far I am very pleased. Took less than 10 min to replace. I have a mini screwdriver set which helped. Came 80% charged. I charged it to 100% and unplugged it. I have used it for several hours and it has been in standby mode for another 12-14 and still has 86% charge. This seems like a legit battery and I am completely satisfied

Bought this to replace a very old much needed battery replacement. I was currently having to stay plugged up to an outlet to even be able to use my laptop. I wish the battery lasted a little longer but it does the job.

Internal batteries haven’t been a favorite thing from my previous experiences but I can say it does it job

I bought this laptop battery in Oct 2022, in March I started getting a message saying that I need to replace my battery. This battery only lasted 5 months and the return date ended in January, so I’m not able to get another battery from hem.
