The instructions above say to use this skin drink as a last step in your skincare, on the package it says to use after cleansing. Which is best?

I bought this for a lady in the family- she loves it but says she uses it at night after cleansing and before moisturising-she says you could use it in the morning which she does but not if she is applying make up as it takes a little while to sink in. She tells me it is an excellent product and a jar would last a very long time as you need so little.
