I think they will hold up
Forged Clevis for lifting. It looks ok.

I love the shackles they work great

They left a punch burr on the pin handle that can cut your thumb.
I have more than a dozen angle grinders, and I'll take these three pins out, knock off the burr and move on. What about the folks who don't have an angle grinder? That's all you need to fix this QC quagmire.
