KnitPro Zing Circular Needle 25cm 2.50mm Red

first time using a circular needle. I had bought what I thought were some ready to wear arm warmers but I received the wool and a pattern! Thought I would have a go and these needles are just the job. I will say though, there is a very slight catch as stitch moves across left needle at join with cable and needle. My stitches definitely not tight either. Otherwise working very well for a first attempt and not knitted anything for over 20 years!

I’ve been knitting a lot and for years, but one thing I couldn’t get around to do were socks. I just hated to use DPNs and also having to continuously interrupt my “flow” to move the needle when using the magic loop. These have been a game changer, you can knit in the round normally and much faster, it also makes it easier to keep a good tension with colour work. Some people gets pain using them so maybe not the best if yous truffle with arthritis or similar issues, but I don’t and I personally never had any pain. Thanks to these I made socks for my whole family for Christmas!

I find the stitches stick a bit when knitting in the round. I am not a tight knitter so not sure why this is happening. I do have a lot of Zing products and have never had a problem.

I’m currently on a sock knitting adventure and needed a 9” circular in a particular size. I always prefer Knit Pro so when i spotted this item I knew it would be great quality and do the job. I wasn’t disappointed. I love the appearance of the red pins and black cord. One pin is longer than the other, making it easier to knit, they are small but very comfortable to use and they feel so expensive for such an affordable item. Anyway my stash is one circular dpn richer now. Highly recommended.

Just what I needed for sock knitting. Great little needle and perfect for what I needed it for.

I find this very difficult to knit with the stitches catch on the left needle at the cable to needle transition making knitting very slow going as you’re constantly fighting stitches onto the needle from the cable

After failing miserably to knit socks with DPNs I was ready to give up on them until I watched a youtube video of someone using a set of very short 2.5.mm circular needles. I found these and although pricy for basically tiny needles I went ahead and ordered. Casting on and ribbing with 4ply yarn was tricky to start as I'm not used to such thin yarn and slim needles but once established the yarn glides over these needles with ease. I'm loving knitting these socks now!

Absolutely converted. Love Knit Pro Zing. These needles are a dream, an absolute dream. Hoping to start purchasing every set that Knit Pro have produced as and when required.

J'ai acheté cette aiguille circulaire afin de faire des chaussettes aujourd'hui mais peut-être des gants ou des mitaines demain.La longueur est largement suffisante. J'aime beaucoup. Très agréable à utiliser.J'ai acheté également 3 et 3,5.Je recommande fortement ces produits.
