Product is amazing but the packaging
Absolutely loved this product! I was so excited to receive it since I just finished my first bottle. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, the pump was broken, and about half the product spilled out. Thankfully, they processed my refund request quickly.For future shipments, I highly recommend using bubble wrap and a box for this product, especially since it's shipped internationally. An envelope just isn't secure enough.
