ZWILLING Fresh & Save 6-pc Glass Vacuum Starter Set

This is an excellent product and works better than expected. It's well designed, very easy to use, good quality and does exactly what I had hoped it would do. Have used it with a variety of the different bag sizes for freezing a variety of food items-worked great on everything! No freezer burn, ice crystals or food that's taste changed from the freezing. One tip: follow instructions and do quick-freeze on soft items such as bread, cookies BEFORE sealing the bag! I thought I'd be quick enough to stop pulling the air, but did squish a few items - much easier when you pre-freeze them. Also used the glass containers for leftovers, dried goods, etc. They are extremely high quality glass and absolutely seal out the air, though they are heavy. I hand wash the bags, sometimes soak with baking soda and water if there's any food odor on them and dry thoroughly before storing away. The glass containers, I've put in the dishwasher top rack, but carefully hand-wash the covers due to the rubber gaskets. This sealer and accessories works far better than any other sealer I've used and the idea that you're able to re-use the bags is a huge plus! As the old saying goes, "This is the best thing since sliced bread!" Highly recommend this for all those folks that, like me, have tried everything, but find other products bulky, wasteful and not really always quick and easy to use....

I was using disposable vac-seal bags in the past and never got a great seal. These keep the vaccum forever, and are super simple to use/re-use. I will definitely buy again!

Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas para conservar quesos al vacio. Preserva también muy bien de la humedad en loncheados.

C'est super pratique; on gagne des jours en mettant les ingrédients dedans.
