よく切れます！先端が尖っているので、お肉を切るのも楽です。持ち手はずっしり重たいです。水に弱いため使い終わったら、汚れや水をしっかり拭いたほうが、錆びにくいと思います。

調理用の折りたたみナイフを探していて購入。先日まで5,200円だったものが、3,000円弱になっていたので購入。一通り使ってみたので良い点、気になる点をまとめます。【良い点◎】1.薄刃で包丁に近い感覚で使用できるため、非常に調理に向いています。(ただしハンドルが大きいので、押切りをすると指がまな板に当たるため慣れが必要)2.この価格で440A鋼材（モーラナイフ コンパニオンの12c27と同等クラス）を使っているのが好印象。3.開閉がしやすく、ロック機構もガッチリしていてガタ付きがほぼ無いので安全。【気になる点×】1.ハンドル材のウッドが角ばっていて痛い→自分で削って当たりを良くしました。2.重量が重い→実測170g強あるため、キャンプ中にポケットに入れていると存在感がある。3.重量バランスがあまり良くない→ハンドル部が大きく、刃先との重量配分があまり良くないです。家庭用の包丁は刃先に重量が振られているため、食材を切る際に自重でスルスル切れますが、このナイフでは使い方を少々意識する必要があります。4.ハンドルの金属部にバリや合わせの乱れがある→使用中に指に引っかかる感触があるため、ここもヤスリで微調整が必要そうです。【総評】3,000円以内で買えるのであれば非常に優秀でおすすめできます。5,000円を超えるとちょっと割高感が否めないかな…比較検討していたフェデカ（10,000円弱）の方が、高くてもその分の所有欲や、高級感を満たしてくれると思います。この価格（3,000円）でこのクオリティが手に入るのであれば、とてもおすすめできる商品と言えます。

I bought the Nakiri for a friend, and I was so impressed I ordered the Santoko for my self. The wood is beautiful, the finish on these two knives is clean and smooth, no noticeable defects whatsoever. They are large knives, so a pocket knife, I wouldn’t suggest it for. They good knives, and a convenient size for what they are described for. I will use it for a couple of weeks, and most likely purchase another.

Bought this knife for the convenience of a folding kitchen knife. Packing makes it a breeze. Small foldable compact for storing anywhere, but open to the size of a full size knife. Was not dissappointed at all with the quality or the sharpness. Very smooth cutting and easy to sharpen for reuse.Highly recommend for anyone camping, picnic, beach or travel, especially convenience of packing without the worry of cutting yourself.

Extremely surprising sharpness and overall quality of the knife for only 22$ USD. Only problem is that it is much larger than I originally thought, and it has a standard thumb tab opener with no springs involved which works well for a small knife but for one of this size it is a bit janky and awkward to handle and requires the use of two hands to open fully.
