I am very pleased with this product. Big shout out to Brandon Patton. @Blackmensbeard on instagram. He’s been a huge help as well. I’ve been using a combination of these vitamins and a product called “Pura d’or hair thinning therapy energizing scalp serum”. Back on topic, I love how “my growth vitamins” are made of almost 100% all natural ingredients. They use some really good nutrients that can benefit a lot more than just your hair. That being said, I have seen tremendous growth in my hairline, and the total volume of my hair has increased as well.

I have been using these vitamins for about months now. My hair has grown tremendously. You have to be Patient but also routine. For example fellas... You have to wash your hair, use conditioner and also wrap it at night. Think of your scalp like a lawn with grass. Grass only grows when it has proper care. Same as your Scalp..I also use the beard line of products too which are very good.If you think taking these without the proper nutrients for your scalp is going to happen.. you will be wasting money... If you use the right regimen. These will definitely add boost to it.

The product helps your beard by making your hair thicker and longer. IT does help cover bald spots due to your beard growing longer and thicker, however it my case it did not make new hair come out, just made my hair much longer and thicker which I used to cover bald spots. The only “bad” side effects it that in my case it made my mustache, my head, my legs and other parts of my body developed more hair than ever. Need haircuts more often. In my case I was okay with that side effect.

So, I've been taking this hair and beard growth supplement for a little while now and I can honestly say that I have noticed increased growth in my beard. That being said, this supplement smells and tastes awful! That is probably why it works lol. The smell and taste aside I would recommend this product for increasing hair growth.

I will admit, I was skeptical about these growth vitamins. I can honestly say, my beard and hair growth on my scalp have definitely improved. I shave my head by choice (usually every 7-9 days). Since taking these vitamins, I'm shaving my head every few days (accelerated growth). I like to keep my head clean shaved... so it's not like I'm turning into Sampson or anything! 😋

Lovely product will continue to use for the foreseeable future.
