Can I order lids for the pans that don't come with one in the 14-piece cookware set?

The single pan I bought from them came with a lid as shown in the photos, Solid pans good lid. The handle and the lid knob does get hot but it does so with other pans .

Are they non stick? And induction hob compatible?

I've got a gas hob but the description does state that they are compatible with induction hobs. The pans are stainless steel and they are not non stick.

Is every piece of the 14 piece set made in Germany?

I only have the large frying pan

What is the steel/chronium grade to nickel, for example 18/10

It is 18/10 stainless steel (18% chrome and 10% nickel)
