Q: I have had 2 conair steamers and they both have leaked the hot water and about burned my hands off! Does this one leak or drip??

It drips...but I think ALL garment steamers drip. I returned this steamer only because the steam coming out of the head was not that powerful. I got the Jiffy 2000 with the metal head...more expensive and this one also drips...but the steam is slightly more powerful. I felt Salav had a better design -- i.e. the lightness of the pole and the hose/head. The Salva folks were super nice and very accommodating. This was my first steamer and didn't know much about them...had I known I probably would not have returned the Salva.

Q: Hi! if i were to set this against the wall (i have a narrow walk-in closet), how far would it stick out? the dimensions aren't clear. thank you!

The dimensions say its 15.6 x 11.5 x 16.1 inches. You also have to have power in the closet. I roll mine out of the closet; steam; then, roll it back in when finished. I didn't want that much steam in a confined area. Another thought is you want it near water access to fill and drain.
