We buy this all the time it is not clumpy. It has a lot of cheese. The texture and smell are great and the shelf life is long. We will continue to buy this product. It’s just as good as Kraft.

Such a good cheese, I wish the company used another kind of anti clumping other that WOOD pulp. The thought of wood in our shake cheese makes one loose their taste for the product. To save money, one should look for a better kind.

I always keep this parmesan cheese in my pantry, and it never disappoints. It has a nice, sharp flavor that adds the perfect finishing touch to pasta, salads, and soups. The texture is fine and sprinkles easily right out of the shaker. It’s super convenient for quick meals when I don’t feel like grating fresh cheese. That said, it’s not quite the same as fresh parmesan in terms of richness or melt quality, but for the price and ease, it’s a great value. Definitely a kitchen staple if you like to add a cheesy kick to your dishes!

This is perfect for those who make homemade pesto.. as you can end up flying through a container in no time at all. This has a really good taste and my wife and kid enjoy the texture. I was suprised how good it was, since I grew up on only eating the Kraft brand. Since giving this a try, we haven't gone back. Great price, nice big container and as I said before.. the wife and kid really like it.

Yum! No weird smell or color like some other store brand parm. I have noticed that it clumps more than usual (even after tapping it on the counter repeatedly lol). Not too much of an issue, we still love this stuff!
