Probably the best TWS earbuds i've ever tried in comfort and sound
Unboxing-----------The box is an all cardboard affair - nice to see companies moving away from plastic trash since most of the time any case/box is trash.Comes with a usb A > C cable (10cm)3x Sets of ear tips (XS/S/L) with mediums pre-fitted as normal3x Sets of ear fins / wings (Flush/Small/Large)Loads of paperwork and a quick start guideThe buds come packages inside the lovely material covered charging case, which supports USB-C and Qi wireless charging. The case has a satisfying solid feel to it and the lid holds closed via a reasonably strong magnetInitial Pairing, fitting and use----------------------------------Taking the buds from their case they immediately go into pairing mode as is fairly typical and showed up straight away on my S23 and paired as expected.I opened up the Sennheiser app which i'd downloaded and it offered a firmware update, the update seemed to lift the version quite a lot so worth doing. The update needs the buds removed from the case so would recommend making sure they've got 50%+ battery and even though the app said 20 minutes to do, i'd say all told it was closer to 10m.The app unlocks a variety of options:EQ (both old fashion sliders of low/mid/high) and a personalised EQ option in which you select the sound balance you like of a series of music it plays.ANC modes in which you have just anti-wind, full on or off. The ANC here seems very solid and much better than previous products i've usedCustomise buttons - pick how you want touches / controls to be interpretedTransparancy Mode - letting you hear what's going on either with or without musicSound Zones - Setting EQ/ANC and other settings based on a geo-fenced location. So if you regularly commute or whatever you can set a different bunch of settings for the train vs office vs home etcFit Test - Plays a bunch of sounds to check how well you've got the earbuds sealed/seated in order to maximise the music. The app / controls all seem responsive and work well. No issues hereImpressions on sound / fit / feel-------------------------------------I used the XS tips + Large wings and the buds sit securely in my ears (a major problem i have with TWS is getting them to feel like they won't fall out every 2 minutes)The sound stage feels wider than most IEM's i've used. Doesn't feel like it's just inside your head but a little wider. No open-back headphones wide but good for In-ears.The sound itself is rich leaning towards warm but only slightly. The default sound without EQ is perfectly fine. The bass is full and pleasant without making anything muddy. The drivers handle the full range well. There's bass-boost if you need more bass but i found that made the sound feel a little duller. It worked better when using EQ sliders. The treble is defined and present without sibilianceThe fit in my ears is tremendously comfortable. They're snug without putting any pressure on the antihelix which a lot do and causes fatigue on that part. The wings sit snugly in the cymba concha but again are very soft silicone so provide a degree of stability without pressure.I can definitely shake my head vigourously without the buds working loose and they're sitting here without feeling like i need to adjust them every 2 minutes. I reckon i could easily sit all day with these onOverall======Total winner for me. Very happy customer. Will be keeping these as a daily driver for a long long time.

Updated review as we approach the 2 year mark.
Updated 18/06/2024TLDR - DO NOT BUY!Audio quality varies as they are in use. The audio can become thin sounding at random through audio playback. One moment they sound amazing, full rich sounds that these buds are good for but in a moment they can sound like earphones bought from Christie's 99p store.Changing codecs, toggling high quality audio, using stored files as well as streaming services, I have even tested with multiple different devices makes no difference. As it stands these are destined to become the latest addition to e-waste.While writing this they dropped the connection but with no warning. They usually state they have no connection. It's frustrating as when they work. These are amazing. But these are now not working properly far more often than they do work properly. For reference, the 3rd pair were a new pair, sealed in box. A new smaller package than the first and second set came in.Updated 16/05/2024I am now on my 3rd replacement pair. The first pair had the diaphragm in the left bud fail. Resulting is suppressed sound and a "crinkling" sound when you moved your jam.The second pair had the left bud stop charging. The 3rd pair has me concerned as they regularly drop connection to one or both buds. I know there is going to be issues when the female voice that says "call ended/no connection/etc" is out of sync between each bud. When this happens the only sound from the left bud is the female voice. Music or calls don't come through that bud. If I do not put them back in the case and remove them, I will lose sound from both buds. This is a massive disappointment give the sound quality, comfort and the cost.Get it together Sennheiser, you have long been my go to for in ear and over ear audio. But I think I may have to go elsewhere where for my portable audio.*Original review*I bought these after a 5 month old pair of NuraTrue buds gave up the ghost. The buds are fairly compact when put up against the NuraTrues but large than the Pixel A-series.Sound quality see the MTW3 way ahead of the Pixel A-series. They sound better than the NuraTrues as well but not by as much a margin.Fit (obviously my own experience). They fit quite well. The little fins help a load. But they would still need adjusting as they would slip out of place. Never falling out but feeling noticeably less secure. The NuraTrue buds had a longer arm. These felt more secure than the MTW3 but would pop out and fall. They also had a foam tip included (a horrible one that almost put me off foam tips) these made them more secure. However the MTW3 are far more comfortable to wear for longer periods Vs the NuraTrues.I have since put a set of comply foam tips on. Night and day difference. The bass is punchier, the fit is super secure, I have them on the Pixel Buds too and were the reason I bought them for the MTW3.The mic for calls is far clearer than the NuraTrues by quite a ways. The pixels sit in the middle (providing there isn't too much wind or traffic). Can't really speak about the ANC as I use Wind cancelling (these are really bad for catching wind noise), however with that on, they keep outside noise to a minimum when compared to the full ANC of the NuraTrues.Speaking of wind cancelling. I can't fault them. They have suppressed it well even catching the sudden gusts when stepping out or past a building. That leads me to the case. It's bulky. Bigger than the NuraTrues and massive Vs the Pixel case. Some days it's fine but on days wear pockets are limited then it's a problem and an uncomfortable one at that. But saying that. I would recommend them. The lack of multi point isn't an issue for me.
