Water Safety Ring
The weight was good for throwing out if needed. It was great the Safety Ring came with the throw rope and bracket. I have had several rings before. If you can hang the ring in an area that only gets partial sun is best. This keep the ring from fading and rotting.

A literal life saver!
We customized this with our name and city and hung it on the piling on our new dock. Nice to have it on hand in case someone falls in the water.

No Holes In S-Hook But Great Customer Service
The s-hook has no holes for mounting on wooden post or rail. You will need a round railing to slip it on. Even then it will slide around. It is an 1/8 thick piece of metal that my sheet metal punch and two metal drill bits could only get half way through.I have added a star to my original review since company has updated the photo of the hook in their advertisement to show a hook without holes. They were also very responsive in helping me get a replacement hook with mounting holes pre-drilled.

Not USCG approved
Nice life ring, good rope but this product is not USCG approved. Probably just fine for a swimming pool but won't fill the requirements for throwable PFD on a vessel.

Strong and Sturdy
The mounting bracket with screws is for pne inch rail but my boat has 1-3/8" rail, I used copper wire to tie the bracket.
