Why does this say microwaveable when it's in a metal container?

Hi there! This version of the Hot Wax is not microwavable and not advertised as so. Our Brazilian & Underarm Hot Wax comes in a microwavable jar and is the exact same formula. The heating instructions for this wax are as follows: Heat wax on an electric stove, hot plate, or cup warmer on the lowest setting. The wax consistency should be like thick honey. Only half-melt the wax and mix until smooth. Test the temperature before use as the wax may be HOT. If the wax is runny, it is too hot- give it a few minutes to cool down.
