Middle schooler used this on a school overnight to keep food cold for the entire trip. Used ice packs (see my reviews for what was used) and kept everything cold for about 36 hours.Kept water, veggies, sandwich, even cream cheese, cold. The size was right.Was concerned it would be too big but smaller size wouldn't have held the food and enough ice packs. Would have been too crowded. This allowed for extra ice packs, but not too big or bulky for a middle schooler to carry along with his suitcase.It's the right size to take in the car for road trips that I definitely will do in the future. This thing really holds up! Decided to get a new smaller sized cooler for going canoeing on the river. If you really jam pack it, I'd say you can fit 8 drinks (I drink bottles) or so with ice. So modest size for you or someone else.In terms of how it does out side, pretty darn great! As we were canoeing, it started to thunderstorm and the river became flooded and the canoe filling with water at a fast pace. So we raced through these raging waters until we could finally sit under a bridge for hours to wait for further safe travel to our destination point. Then finally we throw it to the side and empty everyone's kayaks and canoes, and ride the rest of the way. That thing stayed tight as some skinny jeans letting no filth or rain water in, and it kept everything cool the entire time! Great performance, the handle is nice, easy to open and drain. The lid makes a nice canoe table top As well!

Very well made cooler. Good weight and holds good amount of drinks and snacks. Easy to clean and lids stays closed to keep items cold. Good purchase!

This is a basic cooler. I like the color and the size was suitable for my needs. Took it on a weekend camping trip on a hot summer weekend. The ice/cold melt water lasted nearly 24hrs. One thing I was not impressed with was the handle wasn't very sturdy...it gave while carrying it while filled, it didn't break, but I was concerned it would.

This cooler is the perfect size. I can fit A LOT of bottled water and energy drinks and cans of soda and an entire bag if ice into it, with room to spare.My only gripes: it doesn't have a spigot for draining. It sweats a fair amount. And especially when filled, it can be pretty heavy. (I wish this had wheels lol)But all in all, i cannot describe how happy I am with this purchase. It sits comfortably on the backseat of the vehicle, is heavy enough to NOT slide around or fall forward, and is such a perfect size. Those little lunchbox sized ones are waaay too small, in my opinion. THIS cooler is THE PERFECT COOLER. I tell everyone who will listen what a great deal I got and how much I love mine and that they need one of their own, they just don't know it yet. Lol.

I needed a cooler for my road trip to put in the foot well (floor board) of the passenger side of my car. It fit perfectly & was easy to get my refreshments.The ice lasted about 8 hours in this cooler, & kept everything chilled.Cooler was very easy to clean-hose it down or clean with soap & water (by hand).A must buy!

This is a great little travel cooler at a decent price. Easily holds 12 bottles of water (laying on their side) plus ice or an ice pack. Using it daily to carry my water in my trucks rear floorboard it gets beat all around and has yet to show any signs of damage, it's extremely easy to keep clean (just keep it wiped off inside and out).
