This is the best seam ripper I have ever used. I have been sewing for over 40 years and have tried most every kind of seam ripper there was on the market, and this is the best by far. The design is easy to hold, and the blade is perfect for hard spots to reach. I loved it so much, I had to buy another one so I would have one handy at my sewing machine and one handy at my serger. And, by the way, it is sooooo easy to change the blades!

One of the best tools I have ever bought. With the bigger handle, it is much easier to use. My hands don’t get as fatigued as they do using a regular seam ripper. It cuts much easier, and is much sharper. I have used it on many different kinds of seams, and it works very well. Making my own patterns for things, I do a fair amount of ripping out when I am trying to work out a new idea for a pattern. And a big plus about it is the blades are easy to change, and you can always have a nice new sharp one for the next project.

I use to trim resin edges, it is sharp and the blades are easy to change.

I mostly wanted the buttonhole cutting feature, but I have really sharp scissors so I kept talking myself out of it.... just buy it. It cuts amazingly precise buttonholes. And that ook shaped jabby blade was really helpful for carefully undoing some upholstery blunders (oops)

If you already own a craft knife handle just buy replacement blades as there is not much special about this one. It functions fine but the included blades got dull really fast, especially the curved one.

I use this tool in creating my art. I switched to this knife after a friend let me use theirs. It fits your hand, it doesn't roll away when you set it on a table, and it's easy to change the blades.

I use this primarily for building tabletop miniatures and it is fantastic. I have used many other types of xacto and other brands and all of them had one issue or another. My last xacto would allow the blade to pull free when cutting stiff plastic. No matter how hard I cranked down on the blade holder, it would not hold the blade. This one does not do that, it works flawlessly. It is a lot more comfortable then it looks too. I was a little concerned about the ergonomics but they got it right. It is also compatible with xacto blades.
