Been on it over a week. Watched the Dr on YouTube. Says he treats a lot of his patients with this stuff. I take 4 a day and started with 6 a day. Still no mericals. Will update in a month.

I’ve used this product diligently, and it did not lower my blood pressures I’m disappointed and am still searching for a natural non pharma product that reduces blood pressure.
