I think this a good choice for my weight loss. It is a great appetite suppressant and fat burner. I've already lost 4 pounds in just almost three weeks without changing any of my routine.. Although, I tend to go to CR more often when I started this product. I guess that's part of cleansing process and to also release the excess water in my body other than that I have nothing to complain. It is a working weight pill and I'm planning to buy again. I have not noticed the energy that I have noticed with other brands of Acai. As to diet assist, maybe but not really obvious results. I see no difference in my appetite. Probably would not reorder.
