Are these compatible with lego city trains tracks 60205?

I had bought them a while back with that same intent, and found them compatible, but also low quality - the snaps are either so loose that they break open when the train rides on them, or so tight that my kid just can't put them together.

How long, in inches or mm, are the straight pieces?

Each straight rail size is 5.3 inch x 2.5 inch. curve rail size is 5.5 inch x 2.7 inch. There 8 straight pieces and 16 curve pieces and total 24 pieces.

Do these tracks connect with Lego Duplo tracks?
