Q: How long is this umbrella?

Measuring from the top to the end of the handles, it's about 10.8" when it's closed. And the umbrella windproof canopy is about 37.4" large when opened. This is a lightweight umbrella. The best compact travel umbrella I've ever owned. Hope this helps you.

Q: Auto open and close means it opens when you press the button and it closes when you press the button again?

To further clarify, the canopy closes when you press the button. You have to manually push the closed canopy down, it doesn't self retract.

Q: Just bought this November 2018 and it will not close open anymore. How do I call on warranty/ replacement?
