How do you clean exterior?

We use soap ( Dawn) and water. I feel the whole lunch box is relatively easy to clean. It has been a great lunch box. We use the hydro flask heating/ cooling container- mostly for hot food- and found that and the lunch box works great.

Just received and has one zipper when picture shows two. Anyone receive the double zipper as shown?

Both of mine only have one zipper.

For how many hours will it keep a sandwich or slice of pizza warm?

I tend to wrap warm sandwiches or pizza in aluminum to keep the heat in it longer. It is at least 4 hours after we park it that she eats it- and she has said it is still warm. Hope this helps.
