Very tasty
Loved the flavour.

Good, but nothing new
I used this on some country style ribs. While it had good flavor, it tasted like so many other rubs out there. I'll use it again because I do like the flavor, but it doesn't blow me away or stand out as something different.

So glad I found this!
The herbal mix is terrific. When you have issues with certain foods, it's nice to find a company that creates wonderful flavors without using the things that create havoc! Nicely packaged with safety sealing.

Chimichurri Rub
I have not cooked with Chimichurri before but really wanted to give it a try. I opted for Chimichurri shrimp and was very happy. The flavor was great and not spicy. I will definitely try this on some veggies in the future.

Outstanding dried chimichurri
The only chimichurris I have had were made from fresh ingredients, but my experience is not vast at any rate. This dried chimichurri is really quite good. I mixed it with some olive oil and a splash of white wine vinegar, mixed it up and then drenched some diced up raw chicken with it, let it marinate only about 30 minutes (I was too hungry to wait lol). Sautéed the chicken until lightly browned in an iron skillet with a bit more olive oil. I made some extra sauce for dipping the chicken and that was a real hit! It was really good, and I can't wait to get to the store for more supplies.Easy to use, no garlic or onion in the mix so easier on more stomachs, I say this mix is a win! So much easier than chopping lots of fresh herbs. I'll definitely be resupplying once this container is gone.Highly recommended.

okay rub, but not for finishing sauce
Honestly this isn't going to come close to a real chimichurri. If you want chimichurri, you can't really get dried. This dried powder is more of a rub / seasoning.Don't try to make a chimichurri finishing sauce with this.olive oil, red wine vinegar, parsley, garlic , small red chilies , oregano, salt, pepper. You can make a real chimichurri pretty easily for way less than $15.This is expensive for what it is, and not that good.

Good rub, with pretty common flavors.
I tried this chimichurri rub not knowing what to expect. I never had chimichurri before. When I opened it up it smelled great. I used on some grilled chicken that I made on the grill. I marinated the frozen chicken overnight with this, and some olive oil. Then added some more before grilling. It came out seasoned very well and tasted great. The ingredients are pretty common, and it doesn’t seem to be anything that unique or special about it. Seems pretty pricey for such common ingredients. It does make a good rub, especially on chicken.

poor value
This seasoning is anywhere from 2 to 6 times more expensive per ounce than many other chimichurri seasoning mixes available here on Amazon; in fact, at it's current price of $14.99 for a one ounce bottle, you are paying the equivalent of almost $240 per pound of seasoning, most of which is just salt! Also, this chimichurri spice mix contains neither onion or garlic; that might be of benefit to some, but it really detracts from the traditional chimichurri flavor profile.
