This literally changed my life I have tried everything pads, period underwear, tampons, disposable discs, cups, a larger reusable disc and all of them were just uncomfortable in their own way.Tampons are annoying and can be really dry and uncomfortable I’m sure you know the feeling.Pads and period underwear can just feel soggy and even though you can technically wear anything with them you feel like you can’t and they feel limiting to movement especially if you want to workout.The cup didn’t work for me it was too big would leak constantly and actually fully leaked one time on me while working out and I had to run to the bathroom and I was completely soaked.The larger reusable disc and disposable discs were by far by favorite out of every option I loved the idea of them but they were both way too big for me were constantly slipping out and I could feel them pushing on me it was so uncomfortable and they would leak.I finally found these discs and was so amazed at the different sizes I had never seen options for sizes and decided to give the smaller size a try since that was my main problem with the other two disc brands I tried. This small size disc is AMAZING! I do have to empty it a few times instead of just once a day (full 12 hours) but that’s because I have a heavy cycle. I legit forget about my period until I go to the bathroom and it is so nice not having to change it every time I go to the bathroom. It was easy for me to use there wasn’t a big learning curve since I have already tried other discs. No leaks at ALL. So comfortable I truly cannot feel the disc at all once it is in the other discs I could I also got the microwave sanitizer this brand sells and sanitize it once my period is done and everything is just made so so so easy!!!! I can finally stop spending money trying to find the solution to my period and I will only buy these discs once this one gets old enough!!! Finally!! I have spent years trying to find the perfect period product and this is finally it for me! I 1000 percent recommend if you relate to any of the things I said give it a try it might be the solution you have looked so hard for it was for me!

I just want to say if you are on the fence about trying a menstrual cup, just try it..they are literally life changing. I tried this disc shape out after a few other cup failures (high, tilted cervix) and it works perfectly. I never have any leaks, can go all day without having to think about being on my period. The quality of this product is great. Its soft and flexible so insertion is easy and the little notch for your finger makes for an easy removal. Please try this product out and have your lofe changed!

I’m obsessed. I’ll be honest, I’m a chronic tampon flusher. Always have been and always will be. But the guilt was wearing away on me (and my plumbing, I’m sure), and I wanted to make a change that was better for me and minimize waste.I’m a teacher, so one of the worst feelings is when I’m having a heavy flow day and I feel myself leaking through my tampon.. through my liner.. through my underwear and needing to find a coworker to watch my students for me as I run to the bathroom. I would go through a tampon every hour or so on my heaviest days. With the menstrual disc I can go an entire work day, go home, eat dinner, work out, and not need to empty until I shower at night. 12+ hours! It’s comfortable, clean, and honestly dumping it at the end of the day is kind of fun 🙈I’ve tried the cup in the past.. not a fan. The first time trying to get it out and the moment of sheer panic not being able to get it out was enough for me to swear them off. Just wasn’t worth it to me.The cup fits in nicely, you don’t feel it at all, and. I bought the dual sizes pack because I had trouble finding the right size cup when I had first tried it, but the blue/regular disc fits perfect and I like having the option of the pink/smaller one for light days or when you’re expecting your period and just want to take the precaution.I like how it tucks easily behind the pelvic bone. I like I knowing exactly where it is, so no fear of this one getting stuck! Also, no vacuum/suction like the menstrual cup, so easy removal.The absolute best feature (in my opinion) is that when you go to the bathroom, it SELF EMPTIES. Don’t ask me the science behind it, but something with relaxing your muscles to pee let’s the disc empty. I feel like this enables it to last a little longer. And then you go about your day, walking, sitting, exercising, without leaking— as long as you’re putting it in right (which isn’t hard to do). But it takes some getting used to. I do still wear a liner though, just in case.It’s a 10/10 for me. I’ve never loved something so much that I felt inclined to write a product review. This product has really changed the way I live life during my period and I don’t see myself turning back!
