Big Joe Hug Bean Bag Chair, Gray Hyde, Vegan Suede, 3 feet

Bought the Hug Chair for my son for Christmas and we love it. Very comfy, good material on the topside, and easy to clean. The only issue was that the seams tore 3 months in. I went online and told them the issue and a replacement was on its way. Their customer service is 5 stars. I will continue to purchase Big Joe products.

I use these for my 5th grade classroom. The kids love them! Makes the day a little more special. They are durable and the kids love the pockets. They are durable and worth the money! Just FYI: when kids wiggle in them they make a (very predictable) small amount of noise. I don’t mind it at all, but it would drive my team teacher nuts.The boxes they come in are quite possibly my favorite part. My daughter LOVES them!!This is a great product. If you’re getting bean bags for kids, these are the ones.

Very comfortable and really well made. The only problem I have is that the foam inside the chair gets uneven quit often and it has to be re adjusted. Otherwise great product, highly recommended for people with small rooms. Light weight and small enough to stuff in a closet.

This item was exactly what I expected! This was in my nephews birthday wish list and he loved it! It is big, arrives ready to use so expect a huge box upon arrival. I took it out of the box to make it fit in my car, added a balloon and it was a great gift for my young gamer nephew!

I have dreamed of a bean bag chair since I was a wee boy. I needed one. I desired it carnally. It was my greatest dream in life, reclined in bliss in a chair of beans watching cinema to my hearts content. I finally made that dream a reality when I purchased Big Joe. Or so I thought.You see that's when the trouble began. Like any abusive relationship it started out first with love bombing. Big Joe wowed me with his cushiony back support and cup holder. I thought we were a match made in heaven. I even drew pictures on him to mark him as my own. Welcome him into the family. But those days were few.Soon Big Joe began to crumble under the pressure of being a committed partner. Daily use had left him worn, dirty, and deflated in a matter of months. I cried for my boy, he seemed to be struggling. I assumed I just wasn't providing enough support in return. And if I only filled him with the same cushiony love he gave to me he would again do the same.That's when the cycle began.Fill. Sit. Deflate.Fill. Sit. Deflate.Fill. Sit. Deflate.Big Joe was a shell of his former self at this point. His cup holder now inaccessible do to his inability to hold a solid form at any given moment. He needed to be propped up in a corner, with an added cushion on top so that you didn't sink directly down to the floor when you sat on him. He offered no more joy. No more support. No more love.He was gone. He had been for a long time. And now I need to let go. I must replace Big Joe. His beans of styrofoam displeased me from the beginning. If only I had noticed the red flags. Perhaps his bright red exterior should have been an indicator. But I have never been one to judge a book by its cover.I will miss the love we once shared Big Joe. I wish you the best.

Advertised as a Dorm chair with images of an adult sitting in it, I thought it would hold up under the weight of a 75lbs nine years old. Unfortunately, the seams busted open and the filling came out. It was a gift and I was just informed that my grandniece’s mother didn’t have the ability to get more filling and sew it up, so she trashed the chair. Although I was disappointed that she took that action, I was more disappointed that she was put in a position to do so. A bean bag chair made for adult weight shouldn’t tear up under the weight of a less than 100 pounds child. A child who still has a cheap folding game day chair that I got her a few years ago. So, I know she’s not destructive. I bought a total of four chairs from this brand. Hoping the other ones hold up!

Love these! Very comfortable and so cute! The color is gorgeous. I’m thinking about buying another for my classroom.
