The Jig is adjustable for different size shafts, and will handle fletching up to 6" in length. It comes with parts to apply three or four feathers. You must order it with a Right, Straight, or Left helix. They are adjustable over a narrow range of angles

This one comes with the right wing clamp to make your arrows spin to the right or for right facing feathers, but you can also get it with straight or left facing clamps. Also it comes with a deally to change out to make it three fletchings or four

Yes, I believe so, should work on any, we use it on wood arrows as well. Turkey feather fletchings too. Good luck!

Q: What is the degree of right offset with this jig?

It´s not fixed, you can adjust it.
