Use this after a day of bad sleep. The smell is so relaxing I just drift off. And when I wake I feel renewed. I suffer Chronic Pain so don't normally sleep well. I only use this when I'm desperate for a decent few hours. As it's not recommend every night. If it was I'd use it more. Really works and will last a year as you don't need to spray much. Recommend it all night long 💤

Awful. As many of the other 1 star reviews point out, this does not smell of lavender at all. Smells like cheap perfume. Really overpowering. Gave me a sore throat and runny nose which took at least a day to clear. I've used This Works lavender bath salts and the Tisserand sleep spray in the past, which were both great. The only reason I tried this is that its 200ml was only slightly more expensive than 100ml of Tisserand. Clearly there's a reason for that. This has naff-all lavender in it.

It’s too sweet for my liking, wish it smelt more like handsome guys aftershave but weirdly, I did sleep a lot better after using it. Smell lasted well too. Just please not everyone likes sickly sweet smells!Can you make a less sickly sweet version please?

I wasn't so sure about these sort of pillow sprays before, but after my first night with this, it's hard to imagine sleeping so light again.- The smell is great, relaxing, soothing, and not overly powerful (it's not headache inducing, or irritating)- It helps your sleep very well, and if you wake up during the night (say for the toilet or something), give your pillow another quick spritz and off to sleep you go againOverall a wonderfully helpful product to get you to sleep better.

My husband, who works offshore, used to struggle to get to sleep in his cabin bed due to his varying shift patterns and strange odours. However since using this he has no problem getting to sleep and awakes feeling refreshed. He simply sprays it on his pillow. He’s not sure if it’s the ingredients in the spray that help him sleep or just the nice fragrance but whatever it is, it works so he considers it money well spent for a decent sleep.
