I can’t speak to its effectiveness as I haven’t used it yet. But I opened the box to find the product and a card with instructions on how to use and care for your applicator. But there was no applicator… I’ve read this in a few other reviews also. So how do I use this product without the applicator?

The description says it's a kit. The photo shows a blue applicator. I didn't get an applicator. That was one of the reasons I chose it. I hope the moisturizer works as advertised but I'm not holding out much hope.

Advertising implies that the applicator is included. It was not. Disappointing.

So excited to have found this product. Love that it's organic with safe ingredients, but more importantly, it's developed by women, for women! It does exactly what it should and is safe and gentle. It Immediately addressed my issue, providing me with moisture & comfort. I used the product as instructed from the package & experienced no issues. Highly recommended for comfort and relief!
