Often when I get home from work my lumbar is locked up and I can barely walk. Today when I got home this product was waiting for me. I immediately set it up and gave it a try. At first it was very uncomfortable. I could even say borderline painful but in less than a minute I felt my entire lumbar and hip area flow into relaxation! I’m 68 and have difficulty getting up from the floor so I used it on my bed with fabulous results. This will definitely be used daily. Very sturdy construction and easy to set up.

I absolutely love this product. It is perfect for stretching out my middle to lower back and reducing pain. It is adjustable and overall a great product.

I bought this back stretcher to ease pain in my lower back, to make it easier to stretch my spine and increase flexibility in my spine, try to help with my horrible posture , and try to help with my spinal alignment. I like that it has 3 levels. So far I am only using it on the 1st level. As soon as I lay on it, I can feel my spine stretching. It was a little uncomfortable at first, but now it feels good on my back. I have a little bit of a hard time when I lay on the floor with it, as my dog wants to join me and lay on me. But I definitely do feel better after I've stretched my back on it. I'm a CNA whose on their feet all day, doing some lifting, and I feel like it makes a difference with my back. I'm going to try to use it more often. It's definitely sturdy. I feel as if it's well made. So far I'm happy with my purchase.

I love my board I got in my posture is already better. My walking is better. It is easy to use, but I have been told I need to buy a four level adjustable one guess what a three is just fineI have to say it’s something to get used to it that’s my opinion when you lay on it because you have to relax so right now I’m from five minutes up to seven minutes And that’s on the lowest level in a week or two I move it up to level two yes special when you’re so stiff as a wooden plank and you supposed to bend the opposite way yeah relax. Listen to some music and it will be fine. Like I said, I personally yes love it. Enjoy. 😎✌🏼
