Had a Gut Feeling
Really good product, quite pricey tho, I used it with other natural organic products (see my other reviews) it is definitely doing something right. Taste pretty good to. Make sure you shake rigorously, no one likes lumpy bits 🤭

Biomes gut powder
Good quality and taste, easy to mix into foods. Expensive but good amount in package and lasts a month, depending how you use it. Seems to help when taken regularly, mixes easily in yoghurt.

I have Biomel Vanilla with Alpro No Sugars, and it’s just like having a vanilla milkshake! Smooth, creamy, and naturally sweet without being overpowering. Plus, it’s better value buying from Amazon than directly from their website, making it an even better treat without the guilt.

extremely disappointed
I'm extremely disappointed with this product. It's expensive and had no effect on my digestion or constipation. I regularly use various probiotics, vitamins, and fiber supplements, and there are far better options available if you're looking for an effective probiotic for gut health. The marketing is impressive, which is the main reason I purchased it, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype.

Dubious but it worked
Took for ten days with no improvement, but have now been to the loo every day for 8 days in a row! Years of constipation seem to be resolved, combined with an increase of water and a reduction of salt in my diet. Could not give 5 stars as I really don’t like the taste and struggle to drink each day.
