Nippon 750ml Ant and Crawling Insect Killer Trigger Spray

This works really well for killing spiders - even the big hairy ones with eyes on stalks with venom dripping fangs that wear the hob nail boots (can you tell I don't like spiders)! I spray skirting boards, window sills, ceiling/wall corners and door frames with this and I'm pleased to say the majority of spiders I see are the dead curled up variety. Living in the country I used to get a lot of spiders but this has solved the problem - I retreat approx every three months.Also seems to work well outside on trellis/porch during the summer and prevents me getting covered in webs when walking through the same - doesn't appear to have any adverse effect on the climbing plants.

Repeat purchase of this product.Easier to apply & less messy than equivalent powder.

Not really one for killing off nature but sometimes needs must, very effective product.

It does the job in terms of killing crawling insects very quickly, but unlike other sprays I’ve used it has very little longevity. Other sprays have a much longer lasting effect. If using this, it’s best paired with ant traps.

This product is very effective against wood lice and so much easier to use than powder.

So far, so good. This spray is easy to use, colourless and I can't smell any noxious scent - to me, it doesn't smell at all. Once dry, children and pets can walk on a surface you have sprayed without it causing harm. I have used it a few times and it has killed and also repelled ants and beetles. I have previously always relied on ant powder but that is messy to use. I hope to be able to retire the ant powder, for a new successor. I leave one star off only because I have only used it for a couple of weeks.

The smell is tolerable and dissipates after the fluid dries. It successfully dealt with the ants in my bedroom. Those that it didn't kill learned that my home isn't any friendly and they moved out. It's better than powder if you have pets because once it dries it's invisible with nothing to stick to paws or noses. Highly recommend it. It works well.

I had a bad invasion of ants,during the really hot period. They came in looking for water and they have come in both the front and back door. I looked the through amazon and saw nippon which I know to usually be good. It was water based and good around animals and worktops. So I gave it ago and how disappointed I was with this product. I kept trying with as every half an hour or so I was retreating both areas they were coming in. I ended up using boiled water and so bleach that gave me a better result and order an insect laquer which worked 100% better
