I was very impressed with these chopping boards as they are so cheap. They are a good size and bigger than the normal (more expensive) ones you see in the shops.Yes they are thin but should last a good while, and for the money you pay replacing them once a year wouldn't be a problem.One downside, but not worth knocking a star off, is due to the thinness of them they do slip about but you just need to get used to that. A tip would be to put some kitchen roll underneath to stop this.

Please note although these are listed as chopping boards the packaging states they are actually chopping mats , this is why they are so thin . They are really good ( I am on my 3rd set ) but they should be used on top of your existing chopping board not directly on your worktop . This means that you only need one board for all types of food . And at the price they can be changed when they are damaged whilst not having to change your chopping board . They are easily stored in a drawer saving you space in the kitchen .

Was in desperate need of more chopping boards to seperate my food as i do a lot of home cooking and came across these and they are just brilliant. A great price for 5 chopping boards, and the colours & pictures are a great help to know which one to use for which foods. I was expecting them to be a bit thicker.. but they really dont need to be. Even some of our really sharp knives, havn't made a single scratch yet in them. They clean really well and very flixable. They are also larger than i first thought, which is a bonus for me! Must have for anyone who does a lot of home cooking!

These chopping boards were purchased as a hold-over until we could buy a new wooden chopping block, having decided not to ship ours to the UK. The colour-coding system is great, especially if you are worried about any cross-contamination of foods (you should be - major cause of stomach upsets and food poisoning). However, after about 3 weeks of near-constant use, the green board is seeing some signs of wear, in the form of lots of knife marks, some quite deep.We do have very sharp knives and the board is holding up well otherwise, just not sure how much longer it will last with continued level of use. Otherwise very happy with product. A big bonus is that they are so thin that you can fit them all easily in a drawer or kitchen cupboard.

These are great. Putting a picture on the corner of each mat reminding you which foodstuff they are for, great for me who would forget otherwise. They are very thin, which makes them light and they don't slip on the work surface, yet completely protect it from the knife. As they are flexible you can curve them as you tip waste in the bin or put the food in the saucepan which saves spillages. They are a very good price, which means you can afford to replace them from time to time should they become very marked as all boards seem to. A good size board too.

Miss-leading Dimensions... Length and Breadth 31-38cm is approx correct... unfortunately the depth/thickness is nothing like advertised... They're a million miles from 2cm... they're more like 0.5cm thick, if not thinner....I almost cut straight through them with the first use... Not great!I can only assume the seller has measured the Total package dimensions, with all 5 "chopping boards" stacked together, and are not listing the actual dimensions of the boards themselves...Very Disappointed!

They are not suitable for chopping. Very thin. Will not buy again.

We have a lovely marble worktop saver in our home, these have saved us from wiping down constantly and are useful for adding ingredients to the pans easily as they're flexible and not too heavy. However, they can move around when in use but if you find this an issue, put a damp cloth underneath to hold in place :)It's just a shame that they're not sold separately as we use certain ones (chicken and vegetable) more often than other and they do wear out in time, meaning they need to be replaced separately... still 5 stars as I highly recommend this product!
