TAMIYA 87080-000 300087080 - WM ageing set B, snow/soot/rust, 1 piece (1 pack)

Having not done any weathering before, and this seemed the simplest, I thought I would give it a go. I had to wait a couple of weeks for it to arrive but it was worth it. I used it for weathering a tank loco and coal wagons and it worked well. Easy to do once you got the hang of it and pleased with the results.

A clever item, easy to use. Having used it on a model i was imperssed how it added detail to anotherwise bland kit. With some practice, it will easily be my go to item.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this, but i have to say, i'm really quiite taken with it, i found the brush a little too light but soon started getting very effective results very quickly with none of the scares of an air brush, the result is subtle and really does add that touch of authenticity - recommended.Only one minus, white - with black (soot) and rust!!?!! can't imagine when i'm going to be able to make use of it, i guess it has more to do with marketing than practicality, if i want similar matching tones i'll have to buy more packs A,C,D etc more dosh for the man!!!Give it a go, taint half good.

Product arrived safe and sound. Looking forward to trying it out, with it being a Tamiya product, you'll rarely disappointed at the results.

have looked for somthing like this fof a long time ,will be just the thing for my hobby ,on time does what it said on the tin .well pakeaged ,arived on time ,unusual for our post .will be buying again .

Very easy to use and clean up should any mistakes occur. I used the kit on the engine exhaust effects for a WW2 bomber aircraft. However, when sealing the area with a matt varnish, the effects got dulled-down. A simple light top-up of the colours helped restore it all to my satisfaction. Well pleased with the product.!
