Just tried it and no it doesn't

They just work through bluetooth so yes, they'll work with an iPhone 13.

Q: Do they have any lights that continue to blink while using them? I want to sleep with them in and don't want a light flashing while in use in the dark

The light will flash while using it. It cannot be stopped. Because that light is the signal that this headset is working. Red when charging and white when the headset is turned on.But this head set is very good. If you charge it, the charge lasts up to 3-4 days.
