This works perfectly, although I nearly ended up contacting their support department for help.I am not used to DIY, so I bought this to screw onto a standard outside tap, but it initially appeared too big.The following day when I tried it again, I was obviously more awake! I spotted that there were a couple of different sized diameter threads inside the same screw piece, and I needed to push it up, and then screw it on to get it to use the smaller thread. I am very happy now and will be ordering another one!

Arrived in one piece, only bought this as I don't have a outside tap, had to add nut on top to fit my tap and works perfectly..

I’ve installed an irrigation system in my garden and the pipe (LDPE) isn’t particularly flexible in the same way a hose pipe is. I didn’t want to have to cut the pipe and join with an elbow piece and this is a great alternative. Easy to install and no leaks.

Product seems good, but the image and description indicate adaptors (4 total in the photo) down to 1/2inch. But only one, to 3/4inch is supplied, hence dropping the star rating

Just be wary if you buy this and are connecting it to a metal tap connector. I wanted to connect it to a hose reel with a metal thread. It would not screw right down to compress the washer so I had to use grips. The result was a mess. With hindsight I probably would have been better adding a second washer but once the damage was done that was that.

Easy to install and the ability to swivel and move the water direction is great for buckets etc. Brilliant product
