I recommend following the care instructions carefully and also look up how to care for materials like these on the internet. Very often luxury items have specific routines for maintaining and caring for it. If you do that, your product could last exponentially longer.Quality has not dropped. It's the same product and because I care for mine, it held up well. It's very soft and luxurious feel. What's the best thing about it is the price. The price is good and fair. Do not raise it for the next 10 years please.I got the pattern I got because it's not too formal, but formal enough. There's a versatility to it. If I wear a casual jacket, then it elevates it. But I can very much wear it with a wool overcoat and suit or dinner jacket underneath.So yes, the product is so good, I replaced it with the same exact brand and pattern.

I am a woman and can wrap it over my head and throw both ends over my shoulders, so it is a good length at 70 inches. My only issue is I have no idea what the fabric is, other than it has a "cashmere feel". So far I haven't broken out in a rash, so I guess that is one thing to say about this mystery fabric.
