Relaxing massage
Really helpful, used few times already, and very satisfied, they feel little hard at tack, but release tension on my arch tendons.

Great set- has it all!
I have plantar fasciitis, and chose this set because it had multiple items at a reasonable price. The shipping and handling was efficient and smooth, it even included directions on how to use each item hot or cold, and also examples with pictures. The only issue I had is that the smooth massage ball came covered in some kind of substance that smelled odd. I was able to wipe it off but I was very confused as it was an oily substance that only was on the one item. Other than that, I look forward to continuing to use this product and will recommend to my fellow friends who are athletes with PF.
