Q: Can these be used under bunk beds

In my opinion no. Ok for static furniture, but definitely unsuitable for such as heavy setees which I tried them for and I would imagine that you'd have the se problem with bunk beds. If these have castors, you'd be better off with the carpet 'glide' castor cups. Measure the diameter of the castor wheels, they're usually 40 or 50mm and the wheel clips in snugly, whereas they move around on the spiked ones causing them to flirt out.

Q: Would these be OK for going under a the legs of a toddler trampoline on carpet?

Not sure, the legs might move a little within the cup of the carpet saver. The carpet saver would probably stay in place, but there might be movement on the saver, we have chairs that do move a little, not an issue for a chair, but might not be 100% safe of a trampoline.

The ones that I have are of 48mm diameter.

Apologies for the delay on replying. The inside cup measurement is 5cm max. I have used these in our living room to protect a new carpet. They are an excellent product and do protect the carpet and underlay beneath.
