The packaging was in Japanese so I contacted Amazon for the best way to use these as I know some curlers recommend light heating before use and others don’t. Amazon were really helpful, by talking to them I also discovered I was missing the replacement pads so the initial experience wasn’t smooth but was resolved.The curlers themselves are the best I’ve had, the curl is more natural and noticeable, my lashes and skin don’t get caught easily and more lashes appear to get picked up. Made very well and does exactly what it promises

This fits my eyes better than cheap ones which seem very large and not as comfy I use. I nearby returned it before I used it because I though it was ridiculously expensive but then decided to try it & it’s definitely much better than ordinary boots one!! I have a heated lash curler which I like the best but this is quicker to use so end up using when in a hurry.

Having purchased these for my teenage daughter, she has reliably informed me that these work amazingly well and are much better than her old ones

if you have dead straight lashes then this eyelash curler is perfect for you 😍 I love it! definitely getting it again

not great. not like the other one they have which is much rounder and better for big eyes
