Great to have on hand
I think the milk tastes fine, maybe a little watery. But they’re really great to have on hand! I keep them in the pantry, and then one box in the back of my fridge. Then when we inevitably run out of milk and my 12-year-old just has to have a bowl of cereal we have these on hand. Lol. (They don’t have to be kept in the fridge, but we just think it taste better or cold, so we just keep one in there as a backup.)

Great shelf life even after opening
Have been using this product for several years. Consistent quality and taste. Arrives consistently with 5 - 6 months before best use date. Amazing shelf life after opening. We don't use milk other than occasional cooking needs. Saves us money and food waste.

tastes good and lasts forever
I've written reviews on this product before, and my opinion is unchanged. It's good milk--not sweet like some of the other lactose-free products and no aftertaste. I like skim milk [known affectionately in my family as blue milk]; this is a little thicker than ordinary skim milk, but it tastes just right.I STRONGLY believe in irradiated milk. My headline says it lasts forever; that is NOT so, but it will last long past its expiration date. Another benefit is that once opened, I think the milk goes sour more slowly than supermarket milk. I did not do a scientific investigation, you understand, but there have been times when I didn't use the milk I opened a week before and the milk was still delicious. The one drawback is price. Boxed milk is way more expensive than supermarket milk. I care about the instant readiness and the long life of the milk.

Pretty tasty.
Not quite fresh milk, which would give it 5-stars.Taste more than reasonable for a shelf stable milk. Reasonable fat content. At a sheer guess I’d say 4% fat. It’s a not unreasonable price for a shelf stable milk too. Though not cheap. In the grocery stores, IF-IF-IF you can find it, is under $5/qt.

Compact and always fresh
I never run out of milk now I have this on a subscription. I can keep the 6 pack in my pantry and never run out. I find this very convenient both as a stored item with a longer shelf life than fresh refridgerated milk and I can not taste any difference. Having this delivered to my door makes it very easy and I no longer have to carry heavy gallon cartons. The packs, once opened also take up less room in the fridge.

Tastes fresh, great to have on hand when you need it
One thing I really like about living in Europe is the shelf stable milk, which is a lot easier to stock up on so you don't run out when a gallon goes bad. Glad I finally found a good option in the US, will be ordering regularly. It has a slightly different taste than fresh stuff, but it tastes good to me. Not super sweet. Definitely like the twist off cap.

Milk order maggots
Milk arrived open crawling with maggots and destroyed the other products inside all wrapped up in cellophane for 3weeks late delivery. Yum yum

I like this shelf-stable skim milk. It tastes great.
I buy this because I go in spurts drinking milk. So when I am in need for a glass of milk I will chill one of these 32-oz cartons of Skim Milk & have at it. I use this on my cereal & occationally warm it up to drink. This IS REAL MILK, for all intended purposes. The only difference is that it does not need refrigerated because the manufacturer found a way to make it last outside the refrigerator & not spoil because of the UHT process. (Ultra-high temperature processing, ultra-heat treatment, or ultra-pasteurization is a food processing technology that sterilizes liquid food by heating it above 140 °C – the temperature required to kill bacterial endospores – for 2 to 5 seconds.)I have not been able to find shelf-stable SKIM (non-fat) milk at grocery stores that has had the UHT processing done. I sure hope Amazon keeps carrying this excellent product!Cheers!
