Being a bearded bald man this ticks all the boxes for me. All the beard attachments work well as expected with the added bonus of having a wider trimmer for my head to save switching to a hair specific trimmer. All the attachments are a bonus & all work. The foil shaver works best if you trim hair down 1st without any attachments (bare trimmer blade). Overall it's pretty quiet, battery lasts well. Heads inter change easily, it's easy to clean & oil & it's pretty cheap. I'm sure there are more expensive trimmers around that may be slightly better but for the money I'm pretty happy with this purchase. I've also left it 4 months before reviewing so the review is accurate.

Decent product for the price but will definitely be looking to buy a better one. I had a more expensive one and the quality was much better. I feel like this one is much slower or less effective and requires charging constantly

I’ve used Wahl hair clippers for my beard for best part of 20 years and decided the time had come to get dedicated beard trimmers so naturally plumbed for Wahl again as their hair clippers are second to none and pretty much every professional salon the world over use them.It was a mistake. First off the blades are poor quality and thin. The steel simply doesn’t hold an edge correctly for very long. I used the same Wahl hair clipper blades for best part of 10 years before they needed changing. The beard trimmer blade has lasted all of 3 months and it’s absolutely done. Moreover, as it’s not designed to be taken apart it can’t be re sharpened so the only choice is to replace it - unlike the hair clippers.Second issue is that it operates at a much lower frequency and has much less power behind it than the hair clippers. This probably has a lot to do with the blades dulling so fast as they’re more flimsy and hitting the hair at a much lower speed.Now, I realise these two problems are probably endemic across all brands’ beard trimmers due to their size and being battery driven. However, as Wahl hair clippers are of such high quality I’d hoped for a lot lot more from their beard trimmer.I’d have no hesitation in recommending their hair clippers even for beards as they never catch, stay sharp for years and are excellent value. My first pair of hair clippers lasted over 10 years of being used to trim head and beard every week before the transformer started getting a bit tired. Exactly the opposite of their beard trimmer.

These are great especially for travelling they weigh absolutely nothing

Great range of blades and accessories but this product definitely feels cheap. I have used it a half dozen times since purchase over 3 months. Today it completely stopped working. It is a shame that a brand such as Wahl produces something of such low quality when it is such a respectable brand

Easy to use and cheap price , has all the functions of a more expensive clipper, charges fairly quickly , quality is what you pay for and this one is a compromise, bit on the smaller side if you was going to use it for shaving your head

It's a good shaverBattery life is very reasonable gives you about 3 or 4 beard trimsWhat let's down and probably make me buy a different one next time is the fact it has no charging LED.You can't tell when it's changing or fully charged it's a real pain. I'm not sure if the brand has one with a built in LED if they do I would recommend buying that one.There are plenty of heads and length blades and they all work well no problems on my hair which is fairly course.The travel bag is handy for all the small pieces.The heads can be fiddly to put on but follow the instructions and it becomes a breeze.
