Stainless steel chassis
Good quality stainless steel, good quality heating coil and good quality wiring and accessories. It works really well if one remembers that it's only 1250watt which is good enough for me.Slight quibble could be that the bottom support plate is a bit on the thin side.Value for money, definitely yes.For long life l felt a stainless steel drip tray would be much better and when l suggested this to Bajaj Vacco they immediately agreed and sent the ss drip tray with no fuss at all. It's a great pleasure dealing with this Company.

THIS IS NOT A BAJAJ PRODUCT.
Pls note that this is not a Bajaj Product and seller is misleading by prefixing the name Bajaj .There is no onsitewarranty as such and the quality is bad it got repaired within one month . There is no response from customer care .Do not buy any product which says BAJAJ VACCO.This is not BAJAJ .

waste of money.
I strongly advise against buying the Bajaj Vacco hot plate. Within just 6 months of purchase, it has stopped working three times. The product is highly unreliable and clearly of very poor quality.The service experience is equally disappointing. The only service center is in Delhi, and you’re expected to send the product at your own cost. To make matters worse, there’s no response from any customer service executive, no matter how many times you try to reach out.This has been a complete waste of money. The product is cheap—not just in price, but in quality and service as well. Avoid this product at all costs.

Great product
I have been using Bajaj hot plate for some years now. If you are a heavy user it is better to buy stainless steel one as aluminum will get damaged due to moisture from cooking or splling. Service only in Gurgaon, have to send via post. But got it. Fixed as good as new when insent for coil issue.

Hot plate-- even plate gets hot
Thought it as stove to take on travel but the whole steel part also gets hot, not safe for casual cooking. Have to be careful so returned it
