Why did you choose this product over others?:IT PLAYS .WAV FILES! (via the micro sd card slot) Is also USB C now. These two details are not mentioned in the product marketing but are two of the best features. I've been using one since 2018 (old micro-usb model) and its still going strong. Best mini speaker you can buy without breaking the bank. This one hits high pitched notes that others in this price range dont and they sound muffled in comparison. It unfortunately still has an on and off sound effect that may disturb others at night but ive been running mine constantly plugged in for years (yes, years non stop!) so not an issue.Product quality:Excellent build all round, just the side buttons are cheap feeling but not a big deal.

I got bored using headphones for work calls with my company laptop - they all seem to hurt my ears after a few hours of continuous use.I spent a bunch of time looking round for a speaker & microphone and ended up plumping for this one.Positives : Great sound, surprising for such a small device. it plugs in and works pretty much straight off. The microphone is fine, once you link the correct mic (the default seemed to revert to the laptop for some reason). You can power off the laptop, so no issues running out of juice.Issues : Probably more gripes than problems, but - occasionally it drops connection, but it seems to reconnect within a minute. When you switch your laptop off, it automatically powers down, so you have to remember to switch it on in the morning.Overall : Great little device for the money. The mic & speaker work really well. But please note that this is only tested for speech, I cannot offer a comment on music.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Wanted a great little speaker with a 3.5mm connector to fit into an ipad headphone socket. Wasn’t disappointed! Works a treat. The buttons are quite small, otherwise it’s perfect.

Great little speaker. For ambient noise while sleeping the battery lasts well beyond 5 hours. The only reason for the 2 missing stars is the volume of the on/off tones. They’re SO loud that I almost don’t want to use the speaker, especially at times when I’m supposed to be feeling relaxed and others in the house are already / still sleeping. Even under a pillow, they’re too loud.

It is reasonable loud. I had a betron one before though, and that one was slightly louder. Easy to set up, nice size as it's mini and can fit in my pocket, battery life is just OK, however, it dose charge quickly so that's good. Just don't get it wet, I had it in my so called waterproof bag, it got a little wet and damp and now it occasionally turns itself off and on again when in not using it. Still works fine when in use though. However, it's not ment to be waterproof so that's my fault I guess.... or my bags!
