I love Sorbos straws for many reasons. Excellent for keeping plastic out of landfills, and they taste so good! Bought my first box after being served these edible syraws on a cruise. It was the assorted box of lemon, lime, strawberry, and chocolate. A while later, I decided strawberry is my favorite, and went all in on a case of just strawberry. The problem is, more than half of the straws were broken, literally rendering them useless. One or two...no problem. But out of a case of 200, to have more than half broken is unacceptable. I'm so disappointed. These are not cheap.EDIT: I was personally contacted by Sorbos, they sincerely apologized, sending a new box! Aside from what they do for the environment, they also have excellent customer service...which I place above all else!

I first had these on a recent Carnival Cruise and I had to find them once we got back home! These straws are delicious. The strawberry flavor is the best in my opinion. I have ordered 2 boxes so far and none have been broken. These are pretty thick straws. They last about 30-45 minutes in your drink before they turn to a solid jelly form but the top of the straw not in your beverage still stays hard. Buy these!!!!! Sometimes I just eat them just as Candy because they are so good!

Update: I did not reach out to the company. They sent me a message apologizing and offering a replacement for this customer service alone I changed my rating because I have never had a company reach out to fix an error.I love the straws and the company and the mission. However for every good one there is 4-5 broken ones. I’ll reorder but hopefully next time they won’t be so broken.

These are the shortest Sorbos straws we’ve ever seen. This size is only good for a child size drink. I’m really disappointed. The taste is amazing, as always. But many are broken, and some of the wrappers came empty within the top 20 straws... I’m not sure what lies below that. We came to know and like Sorbos edible straws when given them with 24 oz. smoothies at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I was excited to see them on Amazon. Deflated now. The pic is the comparison of the small Sorbos Straw next to the Adult Tropical Smoothie straw. I feel a bit cheated. I want longer straws that we adults can use in large drinks. But, Sorbos straws beat cardboard straws, medal straws, and paper straws.
