Q: How is the cover installed? I wanted to channel set this between two walls so it couldn't slide on and off from the ends. Snap in and pry off?

I just went out to the garage to try this on a spare section i have in the garage. Sorry my dude, it is impossible to get it off without at least gripping the end to peel it off, and I am 99/100 sure it is impossible to just press it back on from the top. I gave up trying after 10 minutes or so. Take care.

Technically yes. But only if they were pointing up. But the tape light could shift. Upside down I would not recommend for heat
