I’ve been using Fit Gel for years now. I started using Sweet Sweat at the beginning of my fitness journey and it works well but it’s way too pricey for me. So I did some research and found Fit Gel and I’ve never looked back. This is my first time trying this scent. It doesn’t smell bad, just like the regular fit get with a hint of berry. Give a great sweat. I usually workout from 1.5 - 2.5 hours and it enhances my workout and helps me sweat away some of that water weight. Even on days when I just do 30 minutes of cardio sweat is dripping of my body. Full disclosure I use this in addition to Sweat Shaper and a waist trainer and I can literally feel the sweat dripping down my torso and back.It’s not a gel, but it’s not hard either. Just scoop some out with your finger, rub it together between your hands for a second or two, then rub on your body.I’m satisfied and will continue to use this - especially at this price point.
