I bought the 11x11 which is HUGE after stretching the corners. Great on the beach but we also used it to stretch over the in-ground pool at the house. Worked fantastic by using bungee cords to various areas including a water fountain, support posts, and a door frame.

Love this beach tent. Provides great coverage for my family of 4 and packs into a nice size. The poles snap together nicely and feel sturdy.The tent is pretty easy to put together. I have used this in light windy days and it holds up well.I stopped carrying large tents because I am lazy and only want to do one trip with the Costco wagon from the car to sand.

This sun shade is AMAZING!!!!!! It’s super light weight and easy to carry to the beach! Putting it up for the first time caused a little bit of user error but the QR code and instructions on the packaging really helped once we decided to read them haha, and after that we had it set up in less than a few minutes! Customer service was truly amazing, as I received a handwritten note from the owner inside with our Wekapo! While we were on the people lots of people stopped to look at our awesome sun shade (or us struggling to put it up before we read the instructions haha) I highly recommend this sun shade! Great price, great Quality!

Have been looking for a beach shade that was lightweight, large, easy to assemble/disassemble, affordable, and durable because I was tired of buying a new beach umbrella every summer and this seems to hit all those markers.Pros:- Great color and pattern that stands out on a crowded beach.- perfect for a family of 4 and all of our beach belongings fit nicely underneath in the shade.- was relatively easy to assemble.- Love the QR code directions on the bag-carry bag and smaller organized bags to hold everything- all materials and parts seem very durable. The poles are a thicker metal & the plastic feels pretty hard. The shade material itself is thick & all the cords feel sturdy.Cons-- heavy, but I guess that comes with the size and sturdiness of the materials so not really a con- Carry bag either needs a longer (adjustable) strap to go Crossbody or two straps to backpack style. I am only 5’1 & relatively thin and it was difficult to get the strap cross body style on me. Because when one hand has to hold a toddler & the other hand is holding another beach bag/ chair being able to carry something on my back is definitely a plus especially when i am the only adult.- I feel like if I really needed too I could set this up by myself, but having a second pair of hands is definitely helpful. I had my daughter hold the first pole up while I did the other three poles, on a very windless day at the beach &it took me about 10 mins of adjusting both the polls and bags to get everything standing straight. I do wish the poles had a pointed end, which would make getting them into the sand a little bit easier as well.The only other test I have to put to it is when we actually have some wind on the beach.

This tent is terrible. I am so upset to be at the beach for a week without a working tent. I am stunned that this tent received almost 5 starsWe are at Hilton Head, SC where the beach is windy often. This tent cannot stand up to the strong wind. It does not matter how far apart you pull the sandbags or how full you fill them. We successfully and fairly quickly set this up the first day with 1 adult and 4 teenagers about 10-15 minutes. Today in the strong wind it took me about 30-40 minutes to do it alone. But, of course, it did not stand up for long, as soon as the wind changed directions it would fall.Also you need a good 30 feet to stretch out the sandbags. We are on a wide beach with few people but I don't see how someone could used this on a crowded beachIt comes with four bungee cords which attach the tent to the poles. Good luck keeping track of these bungees specially on a windy beach. And they don't include any extras. We are now using stretchy fabric ponytails holders which actually work better. I cannot count the times today that I said out loud that this I hate this tent. It's about 95 degrees today and now no shade. My parents' tent is a pop-up tent and doesn't take up much more room than this terrible tent. Wish I had gotten one of those pop up tents. We've attached weighted sandbags to keep the pop up from blowing and it has worked great for them. Terrible tent.Update: My opinion of the tent has not changed; however, the customer service has been very good. I have received a refund and an offer to send additional bungee cords. If you plan on buying this tent, I would recommend buying a package of stretch hair ties/rubber bands (for pony tails--we had some on hand) and they worked better than the bungees.

light weight. Takes two people to put it up. That was okay as we had plenty of people to help.The problem. We bought 7 and only two people, Grandpa and Grandma used one ! The rest of the people chose being in the sun.

The media could not be loaded. This shade worked great. I was able to pack it into half of a hardshell carry-on bag. We took it to Turks and Caicos and it was so easy to set up on the beach. We initially got some stares because it was a very windy day, but we figured it out. The online instructions were very helpful (QR code on the storage bag). Our daughter loved using the scoop to fill the bags with sand to help us set up. You can see from video that it did great in the wind. There were moments when the wind was much worse than the video and the shade held up. Very important to fill bags with more sand and move further out when wind picks up. Highly recommend. We stayed at the beach all day once we had the shade up. Nice purchase.
